Founder of RED Intelligence Group and creator of the RED Talent Intelligence Architecture™. Cornell University ILR graduate with over two decades of experience in talent acquisition and hiring systems.

After more than two decades inside hiring systems, Rahsaan began noticing a recurring pattern: the candidates who looked strongest in the hiring process were not always the individuals who ultimately performed best in the role.

That observation led to a deeper exploration of the signals organizations use to evaluate talent — and ultimately to the development of a framework focused on improving signal intelligence in hiring.

Rahsaan holds a degree from Cornell University's School of Industrial and Labor Relations (ILR), a foundation that continues to shape his perspective on workforce dynamics, organizational systems, and talent decision-making.

His work today centers on helping organizations move beyond static credentials and toward a more structured, capability-based approach to recognizing and activating human potential.
